Dümmen Group / Christliche Initiative Romero
Silke Peters as head of 2nd floor currently mediated the meetings between the company Dümmen Group and the NGO Christliche Initiative Romero. The main topic was the working environment at the production site "Red Fox - Las Mercedes" in El Salvador. Although the situation between the two parties seemed to be stuck, it was possible to transform it into a constructive dialogue. With concrete results: The parties agreed upon an improvement plan that involves increasing salaries and regular meetings with local stakeholders.
